If something goes wrong: We’ve got your back. If your order arrives faulty or not as expected, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns & refunds: In line with Australian consumer protection laws, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or covered under consumer guarantees. In those cases, return shipping will be covered by Meredith Woolnough Studio.
