1) Online releases

Online releases happen periodically and generally sell out quickly. Meredith’s mailing list subscribers are the first to learn about online releases and also the first to get access to the online stores when they go live. Join Meredith’s mailing list HERE to be informed about upcoming releases.

2) Private commissions

3) Exhibitions

Shipping Policy:

Free domestic and international shipping on all originals purchased through Meredith Woolnough’s website directly.

Shipping costs may be applicable to original artworks sold as commissions, through representing galleries, or through exhibitions.

Works from the ‘mini’ (20 x 20cm) or ‘nature studies’ (40 x 40cm) range are personally packed by Meredith and shipped via Australia Post. Originals over 40 x 40cm are custom packed and delivered to your door via our trusted couriers at Pack N Send. Tracking information is provided via email once the parcel has been sent.

Items delivered outside of Australia could be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged at the destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before ordering if you are concerned.

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the provided address was incorrect or customs/import duties were not paid.

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances will documents be falsified.

Returns and liability:

All original artwork purchases are final. Refunds are not offered on original artworks.

If there is an issue with your artwork when it arrives, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

Meredith Woolnough does not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.
