There are some projects that come my way that I am just super excited to work on, and this large Corallimorph circle was one of them.

I have been stitching my stylised interpretations of corallimorphs (also commonly known as Mushroom coral) for many years now. It is one of my most recognisable motifs.

But I never get sick of them.

This piece was a private commission for one of my most avid collectors. She patiently waited over a year for this piece to be completed. It took so long because I created it over the time I took maternity leave with my second daughter. I hope it was worth the wait. Personally I love it!
