This botanically themed collection consists of ten new embroidered artworks created by Meredith in early 2025.

The release will go live on the ORIGINALS PAGE of Meredith’s website at 9 am (AEST) on Sunday the 25th of May 2025.

How the online release works

My online releases often sell out in just a few minutes (a fact that still shocks and delights me), so its a good idea to have one of the quick payment options (like apple pay or similar) ready and act fast if you want to snag your favourite. 

Please note that just putting the artwork in your cart doesn't guarantee the sale. Payment needs to be fully processed to secure an original artwork. 

For the international folks, remember that we Aussies are usually ahead of the rest of the works timezone wise. So my Sunday morning on the 25th may be some time on Saturday the 24th for you. You can use this timezone calculator to help you calculate the release time in your local area.

Please note that the new artworks will not be listed on my website until the collection goes live on the 25th of May. They will magically appear on my originals page at 9am. 

If you are there early, keep refreshing your page to load them at ‘go time’.

Shipping Policy:

• Free domestic and international shipping is included with all originals purchased through meredithwoolnough com.au

• Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to countries in the EU or Northern Ireland.

• Artworks will be packed in-house and shipped via a tracked Parcel Post service through Australia Post.

• Shipping Insurance is not included in the free shipping offer but can be added at the collector's request after purchase.

• Tracking information is provided via email once the parcel has been sent. Please allow up to 5 business days for packing.

• Items delivered outside of Australia could be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged at the destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before purchasing if you are concerned.

• We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected, the provided address was incorrect, or customs/import duties were not paid.

• Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances will documents be falsified.

Returns and liability:

• All original artwork purchases are final. Refunds are not offered on original artworks.

• If there is an issue with your purchased artwork when it arrives, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

• All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided before purchasing.

• Meredith Woolnough does not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.
